Well, for me it would have to be pretty much anything from the 80's, save for a GN or an SVO mustang.

As far as current cars go, here is the list.

Aztec - Just plain ugly.
Colorado - Complete and utter crap. Even the S-10 was better.
Freestar - "New" 3.9 with less hp than old 3.8???!! Ugly styling. Worst van in class.

Now don't think that I am biased against the domestics, here are some shitty imports.

xB - Ugly new-age styling.
That new tiny Mazda5 Van (whatever it's called) - 160hp 4-cyl in a heavy van??
BMW's - Every model now looks like ass.

As far as the domestic vs. import thing goes, they are pretty even. The domestics have crappy
quality, but make up for it with generally good performance and cheap price. Imports are made to
better standards, but seem to have bloated styling these days and higher prices.

2 cars above average may not be extremely impressive, but look at other makes. I don't see you
guys saying "What's the point of modifying a chevy or a pontiac, they are total crap". And 140hp
from a 2.0 liter is about average, but it sure as hell ain't a Beretta quad 4 making 180 and lasting
40 thousand miles, eh? Or maybe the 3.1 V6 making about 160. Or the 2.2 with 140. That's a
real powerhouse. :) Just remember what cars that generation of tiburon competed with, and what
their engines were. My point stands. It's a better vehicle to modify than a civic.

Hyundais and Kias are struggling in the power department? News to me. This particular tiburon has a 140-hp 2.0-liter. Compare that to other cars in its class. Ands once again, they are climbing the reliability charts, and have already passed the well-established domestic players. Here's a quick link http://www.testdriven.co.uk/news.cf...iability_chart. Mazda, Honda, HYUNDAI, Ford... Sorry if I'm a bit aggressive, but my parents are a hyundai family.

One more: http://autos.yahoo.com/consumerrepo...es_hold_up.html Hey, look where Hyundai is??!!

Left cheetah:

"Screw that, you can have it. I prefer dark meat, anyway."

This car isn't a pos. Not even close. It might have questionable front styling, but it still is a better base to work with than a civic, or many other cars for that matter. People need to stop being biased against the korean brands (which, by the way, are steadily climbing the ownership charts, with some models already being better in every way than vehicles from the long-established companies).
